General Author Guidelines

  • Submitted articles must be original works, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration for publication in other journals.
  • Manuscripts must be based on scholarly work, including library research, field research, the application of specific research methods, or book reviews relevant to the journal’s scope.
  • Articles must be written in English or Indonesian.
  • Articles should be approximately 5,000–8,000 words in length (excluding references and bibliography).
  • Manuscripts must use Cambria font, size 12, with 1.15 line spacing on A4 paper, and margins of 3 cm on all sides.
  • All submissions must be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect formats. Other formats, such as LaTeX or PDF, will not be accepted.
  • Articles must include the following components: a. Title in English and Indonesian; b. Author name(s) (without academic titles), affiliation(s), and email address(es); c. Abstract in English and Indonesian; d. Keywords in English; e. Introduction; f. Research Method; g. Research Results; h. Discussion; i. Conclusion; j. References.
  • Each submission must include the full name of the author(s), institutional affiliation, and an active and contactable email address.
  • Each article must include an abstract of 250–300 words.
  • Tables or diagrams must be numbered consecutively, with the title and number placed above them. Tables should be centered, use single spacing, and have bold column headings.
  • Figures must be included in the manuscript in JPG or PNG format.
  • Foreign terms or phrases should be italicized.
  • The reference list must consist of relevant primary sources (such as books, manuscripts, interviews, or observations) as well as up-to-date secondary sources from books or reputable journals.
  • References must be cited using bodynotes and included in the reference list, following the American Psychological Association (7th Edition). The reference list must be arranged alphabetically.
