JOURNAL VISITOR
RECOMMENDED TOOLS

Every manuscript submitted to the editorial office undergoes an initial screening conducted by the Editorial Board to assess its relevance to the journal's scope, originality, and compliance with the submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this preliminary evaluation are subsequently forwarded to expert reviewers and proceed to the Double-Blind Peer Review process.
Following the completion of the review process, the manuscript, together with the reviewers' comments and recommendations, is returned to the author(s) for revision. The entire review and revision process generally requires a maximum period of one month (four weeks).
During the review process, each manuscript is evaluated comprehensively in terms of both its substantive and technical aspects. Substantive evaluation includes the originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, analytical depth, and relevance of the study. Technical evaluation includes the organization of the manuscript, clarity of presentation, language quality, citation style, and adherence to the journal's formatting requirements.
